Loved the king size ensuite—it was cozy and well-equipped for our couple's escape. 🌟 entry after 11 PM can be tricky without reading glasses. a small inconvenience with no daily housekeeping.

The waffles at breakfast were an absolute game-changer, fluffy and full of flavor! I also loved the lovely decor in the room. Plus, the location made hopping to nearby eateries like Five 25 and The Bombay Brasserie a breeze.
The room was sweltering hot, making sleep a challenge. With no air con and a squeaky fan to contend with, I was wishing for a cool breeze.

Fire alarm chaos disrupted my peaceful stay.

missingWrote a review on 15 Aug
The room cleaning policy is misleading, as there’s an additional charge for service that isn’t fully disclosed initially. The bathroom is cramped, with sliding doors not closing properly, leaving little space for comfort, and both the sink and toilet tend to clog frequently. without air conditioning and a fan that barely helps, the rooms can get stuffy, making it hard to sleep well during warmer nights.

The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, making my stay comfortable. The location was convenient for accessing various shops and cafes nearby, which was perfect for business lunches. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance during my stay.
Housekeeping wasn't included and required prior notice for additional service.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the hotel features clean rooms and a comfortable bed. an unexpected fire alarm at 2 AM caused chaos, leaving guests confused without clear communication from staff. while the towels were good, the carpeted floor might not appeal to everyone. The fish served at dinner was fantastic, showcasing quality in the dining experience.

Just an appropriate option for a stopover in London with good price value. The small sink basin was a bit tricky to manage but brought back some memories of previous stays. Keep an eye on room size as it can feel tight.

Great location but unreliable fire alarms
The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area with lots of shops and cafes nearby. the fire alarm going off unexpectedly during my stay was quite alarming, and it seemed like the staff were not properly trained to handle the situation. It definitely took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Recommended for solo travelers
This place had a very liberating vibe with its 'help yourself' facilities. I loved that every detail about the hotel was on the app, even the entrance key after hours, made life so much easier.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable given the quality.
